🚩LOOK FOR THE RED FLAGS 🚩

We are not a fan of look a likes! Steer clear of dodgy freshers promoters trying to sell you tickets and wristbands. Never feel pressured into buying a wristband or ticket to an event.

Meet your SUBU Services✨

SUBU isn’t just about nights out and societies- there are so many different parts to SUBU that will help shape your uni experience, for you to get involved in!

We have our Advice service, so if you have any problems, they’re the people to speak to.

We have a Community Garden and Kitchen- all the produce from the garden goes into the Community Kitchen, alongside regular drops from FareShare: This food is FREE for you to take- this should help you out with saving a bit of money each week🍎

You can become a Rep for your course- you can get elected by your course mates to represent student views and opinions to SUBU and BU and help create positive change.

Our Liberation Networks are a space for you to find your community, celebrate your culture and/or identity and help campaign on the issues that matter to you.

Finally, we have lots of volunteering opportunities you can get involved with- head over to the SUBU website to find our full list⭐️

To find out more about each of our services, head over to the SUBU website and get involved!👀

Hopefully some of you have started to find your student bar Dylan’s Kitchen & Bar🍻 on campus by now.

But we thought we would introduce it properly, so you know what kind of things Dylan’s has to offer.

Obviously, there are some amazing food and drink options, but the fun doesn’t stop there. We host a weekly quiz and other regular events such as Boozy Bingo (on tomorrow), Karaoke and live music🎶

The space is available to be booked out by societies and there are pool tables and FREE games of darts every day.

Make sure you check out all our events being hosted in Dylan’s, which you can find on the BU Freshers website AND the ‘What’s On’ page of the SUBU website✨
