Our Effective Listening Skills short course is open for booking across three locations this autumn: Bournemouth from 13 October, Dorchester from 3 November, and Shaftesbury from 10 November. Tuesday mornings in-person or Monday evenings remote, a gentle first step into counselling training with no pressure to commit further. The £55 fee is credited in full if you go on to Level 2.

Thinking about taking your first step into counselling training?

Our Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills starts in Bournemouth on 8th October. Over 15 weeks, you’ll develop practical listening and counselling skills that can be useful in helping roles, your career and everyday relationships.

The course is a great starting point if you’re new to counselling, with the option to continue your training to Level 3 afterwards.

A short interview is required to join, unless you’ve already completed our Effective Listening Skills course.

Spaces are available, so if you’ve been thinking about getting started, now could be the time.

If you're curious about counselling but not sure where to begin, our Effective Listening Skills short course is the gentlest way in. It opens 12 October, delivered remotely, and it's also your fast track into Level 2, complete it and the usual entry interview is waived.
