🐚 Exploring the Seashore 🌊

The children have been exploring and investigating natural treasures from the coast, including driftwood, pebbles, mussel shells and seaweed.

With a magnifying glass there are lots of opportunities to look carefully, notice textures, shapes and colours and learn new vocabulary about the natural world. 🌿

Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating the achievements of our wonderful Montessori College graduates.

We are incredibly proud of each and every graduate and can't wait to see the positive impact they will make in nurseries, schools, and communities.

Our children have been enjoying learning all about herbs, using their senses to explore the different colours, textures and smell.

They have been discovering how herbs can be used in everyday life.

These hands-on experiences encourage curiosity, build vocabulary and help children develop a deeper appreciation for the world around them.

🌱 From Seed to Harvest! 🥕🍅

Earlier this year, the children carefully planted a variety of vegetables, nurturing them with patience, care, and plenty of watering!!

This morning they harvested their hard work. They enjoyed talking about where food comes from.

Gardening is a wonderful Montessori experience, helping children develop responsibility, independence, and an appreciation for nature through real, hands-on learning.
