My lovely Ela received a ⭐️Distinction ⭐️in her Grade 3 - LAMDA exam - an amazing 93 out of a 100!
She worked so incredibly hard on her pieces and knowledge questions and truly deserved this wonderful acknowledgment of all her hard word, commitment and talent!

Little Hoots - Theatre Fun For Kids - has a few places available to join our Intermediate groups - ‘Ensemble’

Do you have a young person between the age of 13-18 who loves to act? Then this is the group for you.
We work together as a company to explore and create all areas of acting. Working on improvisation, character, scripts, monologues, scenes looking at ourselves as actors - our tools and how to enhance these and our confidence as performers and being confident in our own skin. All of this and more whilst having loads of fun and making wonderful friendships along the way.
This a wonderful young company of actors - who are welcoming, encouraging and have an array of wonderful talents.
We would love to welcome you into our Little Hoots family.

Well a couple of Tuesdays ago - we said Goodbye for the summer. 💕
And I just wanted to reflect back on this year….
I’m so proud of my Little Hoots the work we accomplished through the odds of a very difficult year. We worked most of the year via zoom - but the work we have achieved this year has been astonishing and exceeded my expectations. We really have moved forward as actors/ performers and as lovely human beings and it’s been an honour and humbling as always to watch and be a little part of.
My ‘little Hoots’ - my ‘ensemble’ - have stepped upto the mark and stepped over it, I’m so incredibly proud of each and everyone of them.
What a year it’s been… 10 months of Zooming, a meet up down the beach with medals, cake and hot chocolate and a precious term where we had 6 weeks of live lessons again. Which was most definitely worth waiting for. 💕
It’s been the hardest year I’ve experienced as a drama teacher but a year that I’m incredibly proud of, proud of my students and proud of the work we have produced. Well done Team Little Hoots and I can’t wait for our exciting year ahead, starting in September.
It’s a slightly different ‘Little Hoots’ this year, I’m just concentrating on my Intermediate class - (very hard decision to step back from my younger class)
forming an ensemble company and going forward exploring the arts/ selves as performers and showcasing our talents next year ‘Live’ at some point for all to see!

⭐️⭐️An evening down the beach with my Little Hoots ⭐️⭐️
⭐️⭐️An evening of celebration for all the amazing work that we have achieved via Zoom. ⭐️⭐️Celebrating Finishing Zoom - it’s been over a year!!!! we go back to face to face lessons after half term ) ⭐️⭐️and a Celebration of EACH amazing LH member and what they have achieved!
Celebrating down the beach hut with hot chocolate, cake and Medals for my amazing Ensemble ....These young people have amazed me with their resilience, their hard work, their confidence and talent - the work that we have achieved against all odds has been phenomenal. Very proud drama teacher . My amazing, awesome, lovely, kind, talented Little Hoots! Bar one lovely Lexi who couldn’t make it.

Lovely A said to me at the end of class, ‘ thanks for making lockdown bearable’. 💕💕
You guys make MY lockdown bearable - our class and what you bring, your imagination, creativity, your perseverance in this ‘not normal/ideal set up’ is remarkable, I am so proud of every single one of you.
My Wednesday class is the highlight of my week. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Can’t wait to see all these beauties tomorrow. When our new term begins . 💕
