Dean Park Day Nursery

Eating well is essential for children in their early years. Here at Dean Park we embrace many ways in which early learning and childcare settings are supporting children to have positive eating experiences and enjoy well-balanced, nutritious food. We are thrilled to have Gaynor to join us at Dean Park! She is our new full time Nursery Housekeeper who is Level 3 food trained. With her food safety knowledge and hygiene skills, we pride ourselves on our commitments to continue working towards our nursery values and ethos.

After six wonderful years today was my last day at Dean Park Day Nursery. So proud of the wonderful nursery we have created, I will miss all of the children greatly but I’ll leave them in the capable hands of the most wonderful staff team ever! Bye-bye Dean Park and thank you to everyone for all for the incredible support over the years. We celebrated in style with cake, friendships, giant bubbles and of course sparkles!

We are looking to recruit a friendly, forward thinking and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to work on a full time or part time contract within our dedicated team. You must be a reliable and conscientious individual who commits themselves to their work and to be successful in this role you must be supportive to the Nursery Manager and committed to a career within Childcare.

The successful candidate should have an NVQ Level 3 or higher and experience within a similar position preferred.

A huge thank you to all our families for their generosity, we collected a whole van full of donations for the people of Ukraine. A big shout out too to all the amazing volunteers at the castle point drop off, it was overwhelming to see the huge amount they have organised

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and committed Nursery Practitioner, with a minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification, to join our lively, fun team. We are keen to hear from practitioners who have a love for outdoors and are experienced in a child led learning environment.

The post if for 30 hours per week, over 3 days. We also have full time positions available.

The Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The Practitioner will be subject to a DBS check and be required to sign up to the update service. Two references will be required.
