Beasting Day Today! Trying to replicate an OCR in the gym! Finished with Karen!

Another successful months of building consistency and adding some weightlifting into my training. This consistency will help me gradually build that 1% gradual improvement into my strength, speed, balance and flexibility.

I am still doing lots of walking and yoga but it has been nice to get out in the fresh air. Especially when I have been able to take advantage of my lunch breaks lift weights in the sunshine.

I also celebrated my 100 day streak with a beasting. I was also inspired by .andrew_artist and her determination and mindset and was even joined in the fresh air by and .lou.p

Well that was a beast of a day!

To celebrate a 100 day exercise streak I did a 100 exercise HIIT session. The first 64 exercises were Cardio and Strength based (1 min exercise followed by 30 sec to set up and get my breath back) the last 36 exercises were mainly stretching, balance and yoga based (1 min exercise followed by 10 sec set up and rest).

Typically, Roxie decided she wanted to play fetch for the first time in 10 years while I was doing my 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thankfully I shopped for a treat dinner and snack before I started!

I am not a safety risk and neither are trans women!

Trans women in English rugby could face height and weight safety checks.

Trans women who weigh more than 90kg (14st 2lb) – or are more than 170cm (5ft 7in) tall – could face an assessment by a coach to see whether they pose a safety risk to other players before being allowed to play women’s rugby in England.
