We have been busy purchasing lots of exciting resources in preparation for our opening. We believe children should have access to natural, unique, open-ended resources and loose parts that inspire imagination, curiosity, creativity and awe.

Meet Buttons & Betty ✨🧸

Our friends at Woodland Day Nursery recently took a special trip to Bournemouth to Build-A-Bear to create our very own Buttons and Betty in preparation for the opening of Tiny Seeds Preschool this September.

Buttons and Betty will become our special home learning bears and cannot wait to meet all of the children!

🐻 Buttons loves going on adventures with the children at weekends and hearing all about their exciting experiences.

🐻 Betty helps support the children in preparation for school, encouraging confidence, independence, and learning through fun activities.

Tiny Seeds Preschool will be opening its doors at St James Church, Pokesdown in September 2026!

We are delighted to be creating a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment where little learners aged 2–5 years can grow, explore and thrive. 🌱

📍 Location: St James Church, Pokesdown, BH7 6DW
🗓 Opening: September 2026
⏰ Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

We operate on a term-time only basis and will be closed on bank holidays, as well as for two staff training days each year.

Registrations are now open for September 2026! ✨

We will also be holding open days for prospective families to explore the setting and find out more about what we offer. More details coming soon!
