Thank you so much to all of our lovely students and parents for your support, I am leaving you in the very safe hands of our amazing team 🙌🏻

I’ll still be working from home for the next few weeks so you’ll be able to get hold of me, but my body has let me know it’s time to stop physically teaching for now 😂

I’ll be back for the show and look forward to seeing you all then - with baby boy!

Huge congratulations to musical theatre student Lily who has successfully auditioned for the leading role of ‘Belle’ in our main show ‘Be Our Guest’ 🌹✨

We are delighted to announce our annual school show for 2026, ‘Be Our Guest’ 🥀

Auditions for lead musical theatre roles will take place during the first few Saturday classes of term and rehearsals for dance and acro routines will begin within lessons 🤩

A reminder that our classes will be reopening on the second week of term. We’re hoping this will give our students (and parents!) a week to get back into the swing of things and we look forward to seeing everyone the following week.

We have an exciting announcement… there’s going to be an SCDA baby coming 2026!💙

Thank you so much to my amazing staff, students and parents who were so understanding and kind when I needed to take the majority of the Sept/Oct half term off. To touch on what was going on, I’ve had a very turbulent pregnancy until recently and spent a lot of time in the hospital/doctors and on advised bed rest.

Thankfully baby pulled through and I‘m no longer classed as a high risk pregnancy, so I’m very happy to share the news with you all 🥰 but I just wanted to be able to further explain what was going on during that time and thank everyone part of the SCDA family that showed me so much support, it was very appreciated 🤍
