This week's photo of the week comes from the recent Africa comes to Bournemouth Festival. An amazing collection of African arts, craft, food, drink, music and dance right here in Bournemouth's town centre. All brilliantly organised by 👏🌍

It's always great to see the fireworks back at Bournemouth Pier - we've missed them 🎆🎇

Five weeks of spectacular pyrotechnics every Friday and it's all for free 👍

Wow - the sky is on fire 😮

This sunrise is sensational 🌅 Beautifully captured by local photographer (IG) showing the stunning Mudeford spit located just outside Christchurch, a few miles East of Bournemouth

And that's a wrap! Huge thanks and congratulations to for putting on an amazing Olympics in such difficult circumstances - amazing to see the olympic spirit still going strong 💪

⛵ Poole-based Olympic Champion Sailor has been named as one of two flag-bearers at the Opening Ceremony of 🔥🔥🔥👏🏼🇬🇧

📺 When is the opening ceremony?
The opening ceremony for the Games will take place on Friday 23 July at 8pm local time, which is 12pm BST.

How can I watch the opening ceremony?
The ceremony will be broadcast live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer with coverage beginning at 11:20am BST.

Bournemoth beyond the beaches is chock-a-block with hidden gems.

One of these is the Russell-Cotes Museum. Perched on the cliff top, it houses a host of treasures from around the world, wonderfully curated in a stunning Victorian building.

The world's tallest rigged cruise ship - The Golden Horizon () cruised in to Poole Harbour recently.

This £100 million luxury ship is a near replica of the 1913 vessel France II.

With trips planned around the South Coast, is there a better way to see the 'Coast with the Most' - we don't think so 😎
