📚 Training for Schools 🧠

All staff at Bayside Academy took part in our Dynamic Assessment CPD session!

We focused on how to dynamically assess situations when a child is dysregulated—learning to read real-time behavioural cues, identify underlying triggers, and apply the most effective support strategies in the moment ✍️

Equipping the team with responsive, calm, and actionable tools to de-escalate scenarios, restore emotional safety, and best support every child when they need it most.
