We travelled from the UK to Northern Ireland by flying from Southampton to Belfast. After landing, we hired a car so we could explore freely. Belfast welcomed us with calm weather, friendly faces, and beautiful views. From castles to countryside stops, every place felt peaceful and perfect for a family trip.

Gold Hill in Shaftesbury became famous after the 1973 Hovis bread advert, where a young boy pushed his bike up this steep cobbled street. Years later, the comedy duo The Two Ronnies filmed a funny parody on the same hill, turning the serious advert into a classic British joke.
