The World Cup has been a big talking point at St Barnabas. We have celebrated with lots of our families countries and loved using plenty of learning opportunities which have included our pre-school map.

Today has been a special day though and we have had lots of excited children shouting “ come on England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 “. Homemade flags and lots of positively has been delightful to see.

To top it off we ended with a water fight, which is just what we all needed to cool us down 💦

A huge thank you to our local firefighters for visiting us today. The children loved meeting the crew, exploring the fire engine, and learning all about how firefighters help keep us safe.
