Investors in People is delighted to award Innovate Dorset Ltd, an Alternative Education Provider in Dorset and the BCP. We invest in people, silver accreditation.

Innovate Dorset Ltd provides amazing part-time education, mentoring services, youth-based +16 projects, and an exam centre, all to help them thrive.

From small hopeful ideas to fully fledged support networks in flight!

Alfie is a core member of Innovate Dorset and an important cog in the Mentoring wheel, here in Wimborne. His calm demeanour is superlative, and our Young People thoroughly enjoy his company.

Interestingly, Alfie has worked for Innovate Dorset since he was 16, showing that hard work and determination really do pay off!

Ronnie is a vital member of our Sherborne Mentoring Team!

Ronnie has an exceptional ability to connect with our young people, building trust and providing a vital sense of safety where it’s needed most.

Interestingly, Ronnie has previously attended a garden party at Buckingham Palace, celebrating the fleet air arm!

We're thrilled that Laura's workshops were so well received by the young people, and we're excited for the production in February!

We’re at Weymouth Pavilion this morning, hosting workshops for building confidence and addressing nerves ahead of the Shakespeare By The Sea production next month!

Innovate Dorset is very proud to support this incredible production which is put on by 3 local schools.
