Remove those who
-are only out for self interest
-see no value in you
-don’t take the time to ask how you are
-belittle you
- act like you owe them something

Add in those who
- go out of their way for others
- smile when you see them
-offer encouragement when they see you struggling
- have the ability to reframe their out look and find the upside of life’s toughest challenges
- are keen students who don’t think they know it all

Are you happy? What an important question, one that we often don’t ask ourselves.
The trouble is our brains are constant trying to find ways to kept us alive and keeps us distracted though seeking pleasure and avoidance of pain, yet true happiness isn’t found in material things it’s found in purpose, in meaning and in doing the sometimes uncomfortable to help others 🙏 ❤️if you agree❤️

Fear is isn’t scary, fear is manageable fear is something that with work we can learn to understand. Most of the time we’re not scared of the challenge ahead but instead of a possible negative outcome - failure to achieve the goal and losing what we have already which could make us look like a failure , but truth is if we don’t try the scary stuff we will always wonder what would have happened and thats far more scary!
