Reiki 21 - with Mihaela Vlad, Intuitive Healer and Reiki Master

10/11/2020

As a healer, I was always ready to help others - and often I forgot to nurture myself.

But life gave me lessons so I can learn to take care of my own healing. So I can learn to receive. To let go.

You see? People think that if you’re a healer you should be the most healed person in the world, right? But this is far from the truth.

I’ve discovered that because I’m a healer, my wounds are harder to heal. I am so focused to help and nurture those around me that I’ve got no energy for myself sometimes.

But this I a learning curve and I am learning.

Have a blessed day everyone!

One of the lessons I’ve learned during my stay in Romania.

Let’s start with a few overall info so you can understand the big picture.

I am an empath at core. And since my spiritual awakening happen, I’ve became more and more sensitive at energies around me.

I feel the energies, I feel the pain, I feel the frustration and all the negative energies around me.

My approach was to usually avoid toxic people. I have cut the connection with many friends who I couldn’t stand their energy anymore. This is the easiest thing to do and I did it without reflecting a lot on it to be honest. They were not necessarily close friends. And so I’ve been left with only a few beautiful people in my inner circle.

But once back in Romania - I had to live with my parents for 3 months almost. I am still here.

I haven’t stayed with them for more than a few days over the last 6 years. I have only seen them once at every 2 years.

My parents are toxic people. With an energy very difficult to stay around.

I knew this but what I didn’t knew is how much would affect me.

I was lost for weeks. I couldn’t get myself together. I couldn’t meditate. I couldn’t find my inner peace. I thought I’ve lost my connection.
And this only by staying around them. Yes it’s true. Just being around toxic people can affect your energy without even realising.

At one point I’ve put myself in the mirror and talked to myself about this issue.

I’ve had 2 options.
1. To leave and come back to my life: the easy option.
2. To light stronger so my energy will be stronger and their will fade.

How did I choose?
With my heart. My parents are not casual friends. They are my parents. They gave me life and I love them.

They are old and sick and I don’t know how long I’ll have the privilege to be around them.

So I choose to light stronger.
I choose to grow so I can help them.
Although this growth is painful. I’m bleeding. But with each bleed my light is stronger.

I don’t want to give advice. I just wanted to share this and maybe you recognise some patterns and feel that this might help.

Have a blessed day!

I have been quiet over the last few months.
I want to share with you why and the lessons I’ve learned.

At the beginning of June I’ve traveled to Romania, my natal country. I wanted to spend the summer there, with my parents. I wanted to be there for them, to help them and lift their morale after the lockdown.

I thought I’ll be feeling at peace and I will relax.

I thought I’ll be finishing my Reiki level 2 and I’ll be sharing it with you guys.

But it wasn’t like that.

Once here, memories and past emotions came to surface.
Things that hurts in the past revives in my heart.

Things that I thought they’re forgotten have showed again and I’ve realised I’m not healed.

Things connected with my parents, from many years ago. Things that I tried to burry but , because I haven’t healed , they came back to me.

I had to take a break. I had to integrate. And I had to heal.

I’ve learned more about forgiveness. I’ve learned about acceptance.
And now I learn about self appreciation and self respect.

Why that?
Because during this time I didn’t felt worthy to teach Reiki. I though I cannot teach as I’m bleeding myself.

But it wasn’t only that. I’ve learned that I need to listen to my body and take a break when I need it without self judgement. And I’ve learned that every situation is an opportunity to learn and grow.

So here I am. Back and ready to share with you the lessons I’ve learned, ready to teach again and light the way for many of you who will need it.

I’ll be sharing more.

Bless you all!

,,I have been on a spiritual awakening path since 2017 – with ups and downs, connection and disconnection, questions, back to routine and back to questioning again. Becoming spiritual is a beautiful journey, but difficult at the same time as there are moments of epiphany, peace and bliss and there are moments of grief, disconnection and loneliness.
I am an intuitive healer and a Reiki Master and I have a huge interest in Energy Healing and how this can help us in our daily life. I have discovered my psychic abilities in 2017 –since then it was a fight against the obvious, a difficult journey of accepting and embracing my new self. I have always kept it as a hobby as I thought it is not appropriate to make a big deal of it publicly.'' Mihaela Vlad - book project.

Find out more about my story and how I have been empowered to rise to my authentic self through a journey of empowerment during the 2020 lockdown - in my collaboration book project.
The book is going to be launched on the 7th of July.

The Universal Life Force Energy is available and accessible to us. We can to learn how to access it and how to use it to create balance and health.

There are many ways through which humans, over the history, learned how to connect with the energy.

One of these ways is Reiki.

By studying Reiki, we learn how to connect with the Life Force Energy, God, Universal Truth, whatever you want to call it.

The connection is the key. Once connected, our body will learn by itself how to get in balance, how to heal.
We will get access to wisdom that otherwise we cannot even imagine.

We will discover abilities beyond our imagination.
Our intuition will increase.
We will start feeling more elevated emotions as gratitude, forgiveness, compassion.

We will be able to manifest the life we want and deserve.
