It's been quite a month for Hivve.

At ARMA 2026, our newly rebranded stand became a hub of conversation as attendees gathered for live demonstrations of our AI Impact Case Study Generator. The response from research managers, impact officers, and academics was overwhelmingly positive, with many seeing their own projects transformed into draft impact case studies in minutes.

A standout moment was Dr. Carlos Galan-Diaz's session, "Accelerating Impact: Using AI to Generate Funder-Ready Case Studies in Hours, Not Weeks", where audiences watched an impact case study being created in real time and explored how AI can support REF readiness and impact reporting.

We're also celebrating a major milestone as the AI Impact Case Study Generator moves from pilot to Beta, shaped by invaluable feedback from leading universities across the UK and Australia.

And that's not all. Our newly reimagined website is now live, reflecting the next chapter of Hivve's journey with a fresh visual identity, bigger ambitions, and the same mission: making global impact visible.

Partners, funders, and Research England are all paying attention to KEF results. So how do you make sure your institution's story lands the way it should?

On Wednesday 22 April, we're running a free 60-minute webinar for university professional services staff who already know the framework but want to communicate their results with more impact.

Hosted by Hivve's Impact Consultant Dr Laura Kemp, the session will cover:

➑️ A simple test to turn metrics into meaningful narratives
➑️ How to make the case for knowledge exchange to audiences who don't speak KEF
➑️ Getting your narrative statement working harder before the next cycle

You'll leave with three concrete actions and a clearer sense of how to communicate your institution's impact to the people who need to hear it.
