We have an older lady “69” come into the gym for Vinnie Barkworth 9:30am class on a Tuesday morning and she is a prime example of this 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
She is queen of the class everytime and the younger girls struggle to keep up 😅
The girls from this Wednesday just gone ladies BoxFit class will like this one. We had 10 mins of a dancing at the end 🕺 💃
Boxing is just dancing without the music 🎶
Coming towards the last 3rd of the month and we have been and still are on the look out for our June Member of the month ⭐ 👀
