💙 Could something new be coming to Family First SEND Support? 💙

I’ve been having a little think about expanding Family First and potentially opening a small, welcoming space in or around Boston for children and their families.

I’m exploring the idea of offering:

📚 Primary English and maths tutoring
🗣️ Language and communication sessions
💙 SEND advice and parent consultations
📝 Help with EHCPs and annual reviews
🎨 Small-group learning sessions and workshops

Before I take the plunge and look for somewhere to rent, I’d love to know what local families would actually find useful!

✏️ It’s here! My new Fine Motor & Pre-Writing Booklet is officially launching tonight! 💙

I’ve designed this resource with simplicity and accessibility in mind.

Some traditional pre-writing sheets can be busy, have lots of lines or feel overwhelming for children who need a little more visual clarity. So I wanted to create something different.

✏️ A little sneak peek at something new coming to Family First SEND Support… 💙

I’ve been working on a Fine Motor & Pre-Writing Booklet, and I’ve intentionally designed it to be simple, clear and accessible.

Because sometimes less really is more.

No busy pages. No unnecessary distractions. Just simple activities that focus on fine motor control, pencil control and early pre-writing skills.

I wanted to create something that feels manageable for children who may find traditional worksheets overwhelming, whilst still giving them opportunities to practise those really important skills. 🥰

Simple activities. Clear visuals. Less overwhelm.

Honestly, I still have moments where I look at all these orders and think… how is this actually my business?! 😂

Family First SEND Support started with me creating resources that I genuinely wanted to see available for families and children with additional needs.

Now I’m sat here printing, laminating, cutting, packing and posting them all over the place. And I absolutely love it. 🥹
