⚽️ GD U9 Whites vs Boston Utd Blues ⚽️

A fantastic morning of football with our friends at Boston Utd Blues! As always, they were brilliant hosts, and it’s a pleasure for the lads to play on such an immaculate 3G pitch. 👏

The message before kick-off was simple: bring a good attitude, show plenty of energy, and the results will follow. Every player took that on board today, with the whole team showing some real quality.

In training, we’ve been working on finding the pass, finding space, and moving to support teammates. Today, the boys put that into practice almost perfectly. Seeing them link up, move for each other and play with confidence was a real highlight. 🖤🤍

There were some brilliant goals to round off a performance the boys should all be proud of!

🏆 Man of the Match – Reggie
For his excellent decision-making in goal, passing out from the back and positive attitude throughout the match. Two goals to his name as well capped off a fantastic performance! 👏

We’re proud to share a close relationship with Boston Utd Blues. Thank you for another great morning of football, and we wish you all the best for the season ahead.

Well done, boys — your hard work in training is showing on the pitch! 🖤🤍⚽️

U10s 🖤🤍

On Saturday we travelled to play Stamford United Royals. The boys came out and dominated the game. Just couldn’t find the back of the net . With some great saves from the opposition goalkeeper and the help of their crossbar and post Stanford took the lead, we hit back quick with a great bit of work from Joseph we took the lead after that it was all GD but again failing to find the back of the net. In Stamford managed to find a way through and Nick an equaliser. Thank you to Stanford for hosting us. and for the great game.

⚽️ GD U9 Whites vs GD U9 Blacks ⚽️

A fantastic morning of football between two teams who train together and share friendships, with plenty of competitive spirit on the pitch!

Both sides played some brilliant football in an exciting, end-to-end contest. There were great one-on-one duels throughout, with every ball keenly contested. 👏

The Whites showed fantastic determination to win possession back, working hard for each other and keeping the pressure on.

⚽️ Goalscorers for the Whites:

Logan ⚽️
Oliver ⚽️

MOTM - today was Billy Read.. always energetic to drive forward, great vision of his team mates! Bagged a brace & always worked hard to get the ball back!

All the team put in a fantastic shift today and the winning mentality is getting sharper!

A huge thank you to our partner team, GD U9 Blacks, for hosting a great morning of football. Well done to both teams—a match full of effort, teamwork and friendship! 🤍🖤

⚽️ GD U9 Blacks vs GD U9 Whites ⚽️

Wow! What a game of football this morning! 🤩👏

Two talented GD sides went head-to-head in a fantastic, end-to-end contest, with both teams showing incredible effort, determination and teamwork right up until the final whistle.

The boys knew they were in for a tough game, especially as so many of them train and play together. But that didn’t stop the competitive spirit, with both teams giving it their all from start to finish! 💪⚽️

The GD U9 Blacks played some brilliant football today, getting the ball down, moving it around confidently and working superbly as a team to create plenty of chances. Their positioning and work off the ball were excellent, making it difficult for the opposition and showing just how much the boys are developing as a team. 🖤🤍

⚽️ Goalscorers for the Blacks:
🔥 Layton ⚽️⚽️⚽️
🔥 Leon ⚽️⚽️

🏆 Managers’ Player of the Match – Arlo 👏

This could genuinely have gone to every single player today, which says so much about the performance! However, the award went to Arlo, who worked tirelessly across multiple positions, followed instructions brilliantly and gave absolutely everything for the team. A fantastic effort! 🙌

⭐ Parents’ Player of the Match – Freddie 👏

Freddie picked up the parents’ award for his fantastic work rate, showing great commitment both on and off the ball and always putting in the effort for his team. Well deserved! 💪⚽️

A massive well done to both the Blacks and the Whites for putting on such an entertaining game of football. Plenty of quality, teamwork, determination and, most importantly, friendship between the boys. 🤍🖤

Proud of every single one of them! 👏⚽️
