π Celebrating an Incredible Student Achievement! π
We are absolutely thrilled to share some fantastic news about the continued success of one of our talented students, Maya!
Maya was selected as a regional finalist in the prestigious National Youth Monologue Competition, an outstanding accomplishment that reflects her dedication and talent in the performing arts. She went on to perform on the West End stage at the Lyceum Theatre in London on 17th May, taking part in the semi-final β an incredible experience and a huge honour! πβ¨
We are delighted to announce that Mayaβs journey didnβt stop there β she was subsequently selected for the National Final, showcasing her exceptional ability among the very best young performers in the country. To top it all off, Maya was named runner-up in the London βScreen Actingβ category, further highlighting her versatility and skill both on stage and on screen.
We are so proud of everything Maya has achieved β her hard work, passion, and commitment truly set her apart. She is an inspiration to our whole school community!

π Weβre Looking Forward to Sports Day! π
We canβt wait for our annual Sports Day on Wednesday 17th June β always a highlight of the school calendar and a fantastic celebration of teamwork, participation and house spirit!
Students will be competing across a range of track and field events, alongside some fun βSilly Sports Dayβ activities later in the day β and of course, weβre all looking forward to the staff races too! π
π Timings:
β’ Period 1 β Year 12
β’ Periods 2 & 3 β Years 7, 8 & 9
β’ Period 5 β All year groups together for the grand finale
πββοΈ Students should come to school in full PE kit and remember essentials such as water, suncream and a hat or light jacket depending on the weather.
π§ There will also be cupcakes available (cash only) with proceeds going to charity β a great way to support a good cause while enjoying the day!
Weβre looking forward to seeing students cheering on their houses and making it a brilliant day for everyone involved.

Year 12 Stay Safe Day
Today our Year 12 students took part in a valuable Stay Safe Day, helping them build the knowledge and confidence to make safe, positive choices as they grow in independence.
We were pleased to welcome a range of visiting professionals who delivered engaging and informative sessions on key topics, including:
π Road Safety β with the Fatal Four (Road Safety Partnership)
π Online Safety & Scams β with the Stay Safe Partnership
π¬ Healthy Relationships & Staying Safe Online
π· Alcohol and Drug Awareness
β€οΈ Health and Wellbeing β with Positive Health Lincolnshire
Students listened thoughtfully, engaged brilliantly with the sessions, and asked insightful questions throughout the day β they were a credit to the school.
A big thank you to all our visitors for their time, expertise and support in helping our students develop essential life skills.
