🏹 Black Belts Archery class on Tuesday night!
We pride ourselves on being able to offer opportunities like this to our students, providing our own high quality archery equipment!

We even had a go at knife throwing! But you have to wait until Black Belt for that 😁

Mon/Thurs:
Little Dragons (Age 4-5): Mondays 5.15pm - 6pm
Children (Age 6+): 6pm - 6.45pm
Children (Age 9+): 6.45pm - 7.45pm
Adults (13+): 7.45pm - 9pm

Wed/Fri:
Little Dragons (Age 4-5): Wednesdays 5.15pm - 6pm
Children Beginners: 6pm - 6.45pm
Children Advanced: 6.45pm-7.30pm
Adults (11+): 7.30pm - 8.30pm

🌟This week 2 of our little dragons earned their stars

❤️Rory got a red star for his forms
🤍Oliver got a white star for his bows

🔍The hardest star to get is the red star, forms are a set of movements combining stances, handstrikes, and kicks into one flowing motion. Rory practiced his forms at home which is why he was able to earn his red star. At such a young age this shows dedication, commitment and discipline, all qualities that make a great martial artist!

🐉Little Dragons classes (ages 4-5) are taught on Monday/Wednesday 5:15-6pm

🥳 Congratulations to everyone who graded last weekend! As a result we can now welcome new JKNs George, Nevaeh, Elena and Layla to the Black Belt Class!
Ben has promoted to the rank of KSN, 2nd Degree Black Belt!
And Sarah and Bradan to the rank of SBN, 4th Degree Black Belt!

Each rank of Black Belt takes around 4-5 years to achieve and takes a lot of commitment, training and discipline!
