KIRTON PRIMARY & BOSTON NURSERY SCHOOL require Clerk to the Governors
3.34 hours per week (0.09FTE)
The Governors of the Parliament Federation wish to appoint a well-organised and reliable Clerk to the Governors. The Clerk will attend all statutory meetings of the Governing Body and additional meetings as required. The Clerk will report to the Chair of Governors and work closely with the Executive Headteacher.
The Parliament Federation comprises Kirton Primary School and Boston Nursery School. Meetings take place on Tuesdays, during the academic year (September to July), and begin at 3:45pm. They take place at Kirton Primary School. Typically, there are eight meetings a year and they take approximately one hour to conclude. Outside of these times, the successful candidate may work to their own timetable in order to complete their duties, and will work predominantly from home.

Are you an NQT/RQT or New to EYFS? Rebecca Hales is our EYFS Specialist who has worked closely with Early Adopter pilot schools over the last year alongside colleagues at the Local Authority. She is passionate about the success of our youngest pupils in terms of the curriculum they are experiencing currently and the transition into Year 1. Job vacancies at Kirton Primary School – Teaching Assistants required Station Road, Kirton, PE20 1HY – A proud member of The Parliament Federation
We are seeking enthusiastic and conscientious teaching assistants, who enjoy using their own initiative, to join our popular and friendly school. The positions are in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. An interest in, or experience of, children with special educational needs would be an advantage.
The posts will be temporary contracts in the first instance, running until December 2021 (pending a review of the needs of the school).
The successful applicants will hold a relevant qualification in the field of education (NVQ Level 3 or above). GCSE Maths and English (at Grade 4/C or above) are also desirable.
The posts are subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Barred List check and Disqualification from Caring for Children Regulations disclosure.
