🌿🍂 Autumn Adventures in Reception and Seedlings Nursery! 🍂🌿

This week, the children in Reception and Nursery have been busy exploring the wonderful season of Autumn. We talked about the beautiful colours of Autumn and used conkers and paint to create some fantastic artwork.

The children also enjoyed an Autumn walk, where they spotted lots of colourful leaves and signs of the changing season. Back in class, they used the leaves they collected to create some lovely Autumn collages.

We have loved getting outdoors, exploring nature, and being creative while learning all about Autumn! 🍁🎨🍂

Another great day out organised by Boston Sports Partnership. A group of girls visited the Boston United stadium and enjoyed sporting activities, ran by students from the local secondary school. It was a very wet day but all enjoyed it and came home with smiles on their faces.

🌟 What a busy and exciting week Reception and Seedlings Nurseryhave had! 🌟

The children have loved exploring our outdoor role-play area, which has been transformed into a bustling farm shop. They have enjoyed taking on different roles, using their imaginations, and developing their communication skills through play. 🚜🥕🍎

We also had great fun making chocolate and fruit faces. The children were wonderfully creative with their designs and were delighted to enjoy their tasty creations at snack time! 🍫🍓😊

During their PE lesson, the children demonstrated fantastic listening and concentration skills as they completed an obstacle course. They showed great determination, balance, and coordination while following instructions and taking on new challenges. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️⭐

Well done, everyone, for a fantastic week of learning and fun! 👏✨

A great week of after-school clubs. Such fun had by all the children that attended. If anyone is wanting to join any of our clubs please contact school to ask for availability.

Both football clubs are looking for more players. If your child would like to join but do not have shin pads, let us know and we will look to supply some. Football boots are not essential but trainers that can get dirty especially in the wetter months are.
