Join us at Mobile Art Club for three exciting themed camps where young artists can explore, create, and discover through hands-on art projects, drawing, painting, and imaginative adventures!

Travel back in time and uncover the mysteries of pyramids, pharaohs, and ancient treasures.

Meet some of the world's most fascinating creatures and bring them to life through art.

🌊🐢 **Week 3: Deep Sea Adventure**
📅 4th–6th August
Dive beneath the waves and explore magical underwater worlds inspired by sea life and incredible ocean adventures.

This week students at Mobile Art Club explored the exciting combination of ink and oil pastels to create vibrant fishing boat artworks inspired by life at sea. They learned how to draw boats using strong ink lines, build colourful compositions, and use oil pastels to add texture, movement, and depth to the ocean waves.

What makes these artworks so special is the individuality each student brought to their piece. From dramatic sunsets and rolling waves to playful sea creatures, lighthouses, and soaring seabirds.Every artwork tells its own unique story!The students showed great creativity, focus, and confidence as they experimented with colour, line, and mixed-media techniques.

I am incredibly proud of their hard work, artistic growth, and willingness to take creative risks. Well done to all our talented artists.You have truly brought the sea to life! 🎨✨

In this week’s project, students focused on creating a female profile portrait while developing their understanding of light and shadow. Using sketching pencils and graphite shading techniques, they explored how highlights, mid-tones, and darker values work together to create depth, form, and expression.
Through careful observation and practice, students learned how to make their drawings appear more realistic while building confidence in their artistic abilities. The addition of bold colour accents brings a unique and contemporary touch to each composition.

On 21st May, we celebrated International Tea Day with a special cultural art session at Mobile Art Club, inspired by the beauty and symbolism of the traditional Chinese tea wedding ceremony. 🍵🎨
In Chinese culture, the tea ceremony is one of the most meaningful wedding traditions, symbolising respect, gratitude, unity, and family blessings. During the ceremony, the bride and groom serve tea to their parents and elders as a sign of love and appreciation, while receiving good wishes for a happy marriage and prosperous future.

Inspired by this elegant tradition, our students explored Chinese art and culture while learning how to draw a graceful female portrait alongside a beautiful teapot and traditional Chinese ceramic vases. They focused on fine details, patterns, composition, and cultural storytelling through art.

The final artworks were truly stunning, showcasing creativity, imagination, and artistic growth. We are incredibly proud of our young artists for embracing cultural learning and expressing it through such beautiful paintings.

This week students at Mobile Art Club got Inspired by the vibrant world of Friedensreich Hundertwasser, a very joyful Austrian artist.They explored bold colours, organic shapes, spirals, and imaginative architecture to create these stunning cityscapes using collage and acrylic markers.
Through this project, students learned about individuality in art, creative expression, and how buildings can be transformed into playful works of imagination. We are so proud of their creativity, focus, and unique artistic voices shining through every piece! well done,everyone!🎨✨

Our Mobile Art Club students have been hard at work creating these vibrant, imaginative pieces! 🎨✨
Inspired by abstract art, they explored how to break down a simple bowl of fruit into bold shapes, colors, and patterns. By deconstructing everyday objects, they learned how to build exciting compositions full of movement, contrast, and personality.
The results? Bright, dynamic artworks that are as unique as each young artist who made them. We love seeing their creativity come to life! 🍓🍋🫐

We’re delighted to share some exciting news from The Frobisher Studio! A beautiful painting created by our talented students is now proudly on display at Bushey Museum and Art Gallery, a historic and charming cultural destination.

We’re thrilled to kick off an exciting new term at Mobile Art Club! 🎨✨ On our first day, students dived into acrylic painting techniques while learning to draw and paint the stunning lilac-breasted roller bird , famous for its vibrant feathers and graceful flight.
Did you know? The lilac-breasted roller is often called one of the most beautiful birds in the world, with up to eight different colors in its plumage!
Through this project, students explored color blending, brush control, and layering techniques, building confidence while creating truly eye-catching artwork.
