This weekend some of the team got together for an informal summer get together. Fun, friends, families, food and dogs!

It was a true honour to have 7th degree coral belt John Will share some of his considerable wealth of knowledge and experience with us here at RGA South Herts BJJ.
Many of us agree, it was one of the very best seminars we’ve had in our academy.

It was a real pleasure to have visit us and try jiujitsu for the very first time!

We had excellent fun today with our second women’s open mat. There was plenty of techniques being practised, a lot of laughs and a hearty discussion over the shared joy of cats!

Movement, artistry and just good old fashioned toughing it out. That’s jiujitsu and all of it is captured with today’s open mat photos.

We have a couple of spaces available for our John Will seminar.
This promises to be a learning experience like you’ve never had before. John is a coral belt (7th degree black belt) who brings a huge wealth of experience and knowledge to the mats.
