The very excellent Rayron Gracie visited us today and taught a killer seminar. So many superb details! Plus, extra bonus - he entertained us with magic card tricks!
A superb day of jiu jitsu made all the more special with the promotion of one of our longest swerving juniors, Daniel, who recently turned 16, and received his very well earned blue belt.
Thank you to all our members for supporting these seminars and thank you to our friends and guests who attended as well. These special occasions would not happen without your support. Plenty more to come!!!

Open mats mean open structure. Students can do what they want. Usually it’s just an opportunity to roll rounds but also it’s a chance to go over techniques practised during the week and ask questions. It’s always a chilled friendly atmosphere and, for a small drop in fee, we welcome visitors.
