This is suitable for judoka aged 10 and above and those with a basic understanding of judo technique.

For the first half of this term we have been studying the first set of osaekomi-waza and this course will help you to further develop your understanding and ex*****on of this kata. The coaches at Shizentai Judo Club are seasoned international kata competitors and therefore is a great opportunity to learn from some of the best in the UK!
