So that's me taking some time off now with my family 🌞 ☀️ We've had a lovely end of term but a very sad one too because its that time of year we've had to say goodbye to one of our little friends who is now off to big school. We had the best time at Blackpool Zoo for her last day with us and we are going to miss her so much but know she is going to have the best time at school 🥰😊🌞

International tea day today and " It's always time for tea," and there's nothing like sharing a cuppa amongst friends ☕️ 🫖 A perfect way to
•Promote speaking and listening through pretend play,talking about different flavours,saying please and thankyous.
•Fine motor Skills-pouring drinks from teapots into cups.
•We talked about where tea comes from and where it's grown and how it's not only a big part of our culture but around the world it is to.
•Sensory play smelling,tasting,feeling, and describing different herbal teas.
•Encourage turn taking and sharing while playing alongside and with our friends while singing our song of the day "I'm a little teapot" 🫖 ☕️ ❤️.

🐝 🐝 We have had a lovely day today talking about bees and going on an adventure to look for bees. We created some wonderful paintings off bees in the hive, used some loose parts to create bees with our play dough, and we explored our bees' sensory tray. We even got to try some yummy honey on crackers 😋 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝 🐝

This week, we have had a wonderful day out to the museum where we got to visit the aquarium and the children where fascinated by the axolotls so many questions where asked 🐟, we also got to see some minibeasts 🕷 and even we designed a dinosaur to come alive on the big screen🦖. We've also had a lovely time at our playgroup, playing with our new fancy dress costumes, taking the dolls for a walk in the garden, making some yummy food experiments in our mud kitchen and lovely visits to the park. I try to capture as many moments as I can, but sometimes we are just too busy having so much fun 🩷

"I get by with a little help from my friends" I went to run over as I saw this little one had fell forwards and was stuck on the grass and was struggling to get up then his little friend who was by him went and helped him up and held his hand to walk across the grass so he wouldn't fall again. It was such a kind and lovely moment to witness and is something I really encourage in my home setting on how to be good friends 🥰
