Designed with home educated children in mind, these small-group sessions are designed to help children build confidence, creativity and strong musical foundations through rhythm games, piano exploration, listening activities and shared music making in a warm, relaxed setting.

I’ll be running the sessions from my home studio in Darwen on Tuesday afternoons, with small groups to keep learning engaging and supportive.

I currently run my popular Melody Minis classes for younger children in Egerton, Bolton, and I’m now taking enquiries for my new Daytime Creative Music Club for older children in Darwen.

Both sessions are warm, friendly and engaging group classes designed to build confidence, creativity and a love of music.

🌱🎶 This week our Mini Melody Makers are growing something ginormous… a magical beanstalk!

Little ones will join Jasper on an interactive musical adventure inspired by Jasper’s Beanstalk—planting a bean and helping it grow through music, movement, and imagination.

The Monday minis had a fantastic time exploring:
🎵Musical planting rhythms
🌱 Slow-to-fast shaky bean games
🎶 Low-to-high growing beanstalk sounds
👣 Big, loud giant stomping movements

Want to join the fun? Spaces are available for the Thursday morning session at Walmsley Parish Community Hall (10am)—new faces are always welcome!

This interactive musical story is also being shared through the Melody Makers nursery programme this week, with nursery taster sessions currently available for settings interested in bringing a musical adventure to their children.

🎵 Melody Makers Nursery Music Programme 🎵

I’m excited to now be offering interactive music sessions designed specifically for early years settings.

Sessions are carefully planned to support the EYFS through singing, rhythm, movement, listening and instrument exploration, helping to develop communication, confidence, coordination and creativity.

With a background in Early Years and Disability Studies, sessions are inclusive and can be adapted to suit the individual needs of each setting.
