Physical Recovery
✔️Core rebuilding: Targets deep abdominal muscles like the transverse abdominus to safely heal separation, known as diastasis recti.
✔️Pelvic floor health: Restores muscle tone to improve bladder control and reduce postpartum incontinence.
✔️Pain relief: Realigns the spine and relieves tension in the lower back and shoulders caused by feeding and carrying a baby.

Mental and Daily Well-Being

Coming up before we finish for the school holidays will be our summer party on Wednesday 15th July. There will just be one session at 10am in the main church building and we would love your little ones to come dressed as cowboys and cowgirls this year for our Bridge Tots Rodeo 🐴 Numbers are limited to get booked in asap!

With the weather as warm as it is this week, we have decided not to have our teddy bears picnic tomorrow as we know many of you will prefer to keep your little ones out of the sun.
With Bridge Life Centre being closed this week due to the building work, there will therefore be NO BRIDGE TOTS tomorrow. We will look to have our picnic next Wednesday instead, depending on the weather.
Who would have thought it would be the sun affecting our plans this year?! ☀️
