STARTING WEEK 2

Please see our PE timetable for the Autumn term.

Children should come to school wearing their PE kit on their allocated PE day. Please ensure pupils are wearing the correct PE kit; children who arrive in incorrect kit will be asked to change.

👕 Correct PE Kit
A white PE T-shirt (with or without the school logo), black shorts, black joggers or leggings, and suitable black trainers.

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve secured Department for Education (DfE) funding to launch a FREE Breakfast Club for all Essa Primary Academy pupils from September.

🥣 Healthy breakfast provided
⚽ Games, sport and fun
🕗 Open from 8:00am (last entrance 8:30am)
📍 Entrance via the hall door
✅ No booking required – just turn up!

Our Holiday Support is available from tomorrow, and I’ll be in school from 9:00am–3:00pm to support any families who need a helping hand.

Support available includes:

We’re proud to celebrate:

What a wonderful way to end the school year! 🌟

Our end-of-year assembly was filled with celebration, reflection and heartfelt goodbyes. We celebrated our pupils as they prepare for their next exciting chapter, shared the joy of new babies and happy marriages within our school family, and paid a very special tribute to our amazing Mrs Alker on her retirement.

Mrs Alker, thank you for your years of dedication, kindness and unwavering commitment to our school community. You have touched the lives of so many children, families and colleagues, and you will be greatly missed. 💐
