⭐️ July Employee of the Month ⭐️

Grace has been nominated for employee of the month by the management team for being a strong member of the team, always working hard and having a smile on her face and for stepping up when she needs to. We’re extremely lucky to have her!

🐟 Lower Toddlers Trip to Pets at Home 🐟

On Monday a group of children took at trip to Pets at Home to extend the children's interests of animals and pets, specifically fish, and to buy the essentials needed for their new pets! The staff have decided to buy the children 4 fish which they have named Nemo, Dory, Crush and Bruce. The trip was thoroughly enjoyed by the children involved and they are all very excited to look after their new pets!

🧁Babies Baking Activities🧁

Last week the children in Babies enjoyed a baking activity, they used wooden spoons to have a go at mixing the ingredients in the tuff tray and also used them to have a go at scooping and pouring into the cupcake cases. They used their hands to feel the different textures and make lots of different marks!

✉️📮Lower Toddlers Post Office Trip📮✉️

Last week the children in Lower Toddlers enjoyed a short walk to the post office, on the way they stopped to see the flowers outside the library noticing the colours and smells from them, then they bought some stamps and stuck them on their very special letters to send home to their Mummies and Daddies. We hope you enjoyed recieving them in the post!

🐮🐴🐑🐷 Last Week our school leavers went on a trip to Smithills Farm. The children had a fun packed day which consisted of donkey rides, petting animals, feeding animals and a tractor ride. At the end of the day the children all enjoyed a nice ice cream 🐷🐑🐴🐮

🎨Mark Making in the Garden🌳🌿

This morning some of the children were taking notice of the different textures of the leaves they found, to enhance their learning we got out some clipboards and some crayons to make some rubbings from the leaves and trees around the garden!

🍈🥭Upper Toddlers Fruit Tasting🥝🍋

The children in Upper Toddlers have been learning about some exotic fruits, we spoke about safety when using knives, the importance of hand washing and learnt lots about the different colours and textures of fruit! The children had a go at guessing what colours they thought the fruit was going to be when we cut into it and were amazed to find they were completely different!

We then got to have a taste of them all, some they really enjoyed and others they didn't but we were very proud of them all having a go! Well done everyone!

🎪Leavers Party 2026🎪

On Saturday we held our party for the Class of 2026, we hope the children and parents had as much fun as we did! It was a lovely morning in the sunshine!☀️
