Hi beautiful people...
Just a little message to let you know that I am now officially on holiday until Monday 6th July!!
Honestly, this break is Divinely timed. The past 6 months have been emotionally and mentally exhausting with everything I've been navigating both personally and professionally and the enormous amount of support I've given to those I love.
I absolutely love the work I do....all the beautiful people I get to support and of course, my family who mean everything to me.....but right now it's time for me to pause, rest, recharge and refill my own cup.
I'm looking forward to slowing right down on the beautiful island of Kefalonia and taking care of me. Enjoying days by the pool, on the beach, eating delicious Greek food in the tavernas by the sea and great company with lots of laughter.
Thank you to everyone for your love, support and understanding.
I'll see you all feeling refreshed and renewed in July.
Sending you all so much love from my heart to yours đź’ś

Hi beautiful people,
Yesterday I had the honour of being interviewed by Rev Martine Bernard on her amazing weekly show What Would Louise Say?
We had such a heartfelt conversation about healing, self-love, and the powerful teachings of Louise Hay that continue to inspire my work,
I’d love for you to have a listen and let me know what resonates with you most

Hi beautiful people...
Last night I had the absolute privilege of attending the SheInspires event....an evening where existing judges welcomed new judges and where some of this year's finalists joined us to share their stories and ask questions ahead of the awards.
The atmosphere in the room can only be described as magical, uplifting and deeply inspiring.
I had the opportunity to speak with several finalists and hear the heartfelt reasons behind their businesses, projects and charities.
So many of these incredible women have taken their own life experiences....often born from challenges, pain or passion....and transformed them into something that now makes a real difference to the lives of others.
I was both moved and inspired by every conversation.
Having been a finalist myself 4 times and a winner of the Girl Up award in 2024 and also a judge twice and being invited to be Lead judge again this year, it continues to be such a humbling experience to witness the courage, compassion and determination of these women.
SheInspires is so much more than an awards programme.....it is a movement. A movement that celebrates and recognises the incredible work women are doing locally, nationality and globally.
What makes it more special is the genuine sense of community. There is no competition....no jealousy....only encouragement, connection, love and support.
I feel deeply grateful, honoured and humbled to be part of something so meaningful. 🙏

Hi beautiful people đź’–
A HUGE thank you to the amazing ladies who joined my Heal Your Life Love Pill call last night.
Our theme was “Calling Back Your Power” — and what a powerful session it turned out to be.
Here are a few beautiful insights that were shared:
🔥 “My power lives within my heart.” ❤️
🔥 “Loved tonight’s session. Thank you Lynn for reminding us that the power is within us and always has been. I just hadn’t always realised it — but now I do.”
🔥 “Tonight was one of the most powerful healing Love Pills I’ve been on. Awesome!” 👌
I absolutely love offering these monthly calls. Every time we come together there is always something new to learn, heal, and remember.
And as one of the ladies shared last night — when we hear someone else open up and share their experience, it reminds us that we are not alone. 💞
Our next Heal Your Life Love Pill call will be on Tuesday 14th April.
If you have a topic you’d love us to explore, please send your suggestions to me by 1st April.
Sending so much love from my heart to yours đź’ś

Hi beautiful people,
Today, on International Women’s Day, I feel deeply honoured and incredibly grateful to be included in the She Inspires Impact Leaders List 2026.
To be recognised alongside 99 extraordinary women who are creating change in their communities, businesses and the wider world is something I do not take lightly. Each woman on this list carries a story, a journey, and a determination to make a difference.
For me, this recognition holds an even deeper meaning.
I grew up as a working-class girl in a little two-up-two-down terraced house, believing the messages I had heard for so long — that I wasn’t clever enough, that I wouldn’t amount to anything, that I wasn’t deserving, I wasn't good enough.
I had no self belief. No self-esteem. No confidence.
Yet life has a way of showing us something different when we begin to believe in ourselves, even just a little.
From being a finalist many times in the She Inspires Awards, to winning in 2024, to later standing as Lead Judge for the Lifetime Achievement Award and co-presenting on stage with the wonderful Gulnaz Brennan… and now being named in this inaugural list of 100 Impact Leaders — it feels both humbling and deeply meaningful.
But what matters most to me is this:
No woman should ever feel that she is not enough.
No woman should ever believe that her background, her circumstances, or the voices she once heard define what is possible for her life.
If there is one thing my journey has taught me, it is this — anything is possible when we begin to believe we are worthy of it.
Today I celebrate every woman on this list, and every woman who is quietly doing the work, lifting others, building something meaningful, and creating change in ways the world may not always see.
Your impact matters.
And if you have ever doubted yourself, please hear this from my heart:
You are worthy.
You are capable.
And your story is still unfolding.
So today I want to say this to every woman who has ever doubted herself:
Your past does not define your future.
Your voice matters.
Your impact matters.
And anything is possible.
No woman should ever feel unworthy.
No woman should ever believe that where she started determines where she can go.
Your story is not finished.
Your voice matters.
Your presence in this world matters more than you know.
Happy International Women’s Day to every woman quietly changing the world in her own way.
Sending you all so much love from my heart to yours đź’ś
