This week we have celebrated eid festival 🌙 the children have loved making eid cards in the shape of a moon and decorating with stars, making eid wands and tasting different cultural foods. The children made their own choices of wich foods they liked and disliked and spoke about what they tasted like. We hope all the families celebrating have a wonderful time 🌙🌟

Thankyou to all the mummies/grandma's who came and celebrated mothers day with the children at our afternoon tea 🍵 the children had so much fun making portraits and cards for our mummies and enjoyed making sandwiches for our afternoon tea. We hope you have a wonderful mothers day 💐🌹❤️

This week at pre school we have been learning and taking care of our ducklings 🐥 we have enjoyed fun activities such as hook a duck, painting our own duck and making duck biscuits yum! We have loved watching and taking care of our ducklings. They have gone back to their homes now, we will miss them so much! To finish the week we also enjoyed our new football session with coach Bobby 🐤🐣⚽️🥅

This week we have had a special delivery 🐣The children have been so excited to watch our eggs hatch waiting for the baby ducklings! They have loved watching them explore and give them lots of cuddles talking about what they feel like and the different patterns on them 🐤 welcome to the world Jellybean, Patch, beauty and Custard 🥰

For our last week of term we have been celebrating pancake day and Chinese New year! The children loved making their own pancakes and decorating them with their favourite toppings 😋 The children have been celebrating Chinese new year, the year of the horse 🐎 we have tasted different Chinese foods and crested our own horse for our Chinese parade 🐉🍜🥢🐲 we hope you all have a lovely week off 😀

This week is LOVE Week! ❤️ we have celebrated valentines day and people who we love. The children have enjoyed joining in making valentines cards, making friendship bracelets, making yummy pizza faces and painting symmetrical hearts. We finished the week off with a valentines ball, dancing with our friends 💘💕

Following on from the newsletter sent out regarding the school children we would like to say a massive well done to the children who have been coming in and being very independent taking their coats off and putting their things away 🌟 keep it up superstars 🌟

This week has been snow week! ⛄️ The children have been experimenting different ways to make our own snow exploring different ingredients, textures and smells 👃 We have made our own snowmen paintings using different tools and melting snowmen biscuits yum yum ❄️

We have had a busy few weeks back at pre school learning all about the winter season ❄️ the children have enjoyed exploring and learning about the antartic animals 🐧 we have discussed what we wear in winter and made our own winter person with hat, gloves, scalf along with winter wellie printing. The children have explored ice by creating ice cubes, ice cube painting and watching it melt 💦🧊
