We had the pleasure of hosting the session tonight. We welcomed APEX Taekwondo Greater Manchester and worked hard for 3 hours.

We recently took 2 of our super star fighters to the WKO World Championships and entered both of them into the Open Weight Grand Championships for their age groups.
Both Chael Rogers and Casey Hilton took home the Championship belts, they didn’t just win they dominated their sections!
Well done to both of you! They also both won their individually sections also taking another World Title each.
