I need to say it because maybe im missing something......

What on gods green earth are these mini fluffy microphones about 🫣 really, do we need them? If so why not just have bigger ones rather than teeny weeny ones ..... I can't cope any longer ...so there I said it 😆🫣

💬 Being clear that CPD certs are not regulated or measured so you cannot just do a conversion with no work

💬 Being clear that even if you're a HCP or Medic you still need to do base qualifications to do advanced facials (L4 upwards) Facials are a different vocation

💬 Being clear that it is simply not acceptable to ask for discounts

Monday ➡️ We held a Skin Analysis event learning about identifying skin conditions and making accurate treatment decisions .

Tuesday ➡️ Upskilling a learner from overseas to enable certification for facial, waxing and threading ( CPD)

Wednesday ➡️ EQA day for City and Guilds

Thursday ➡️ Admin 🤓🥸

......so much for attending my Skin Analysis event today
I put today's event on as I know how relevant skin and making the right decisions are in the industry

We discussed skin types/conditions/ classifications and looked at the skin physiology to understand what's going on from within

It was a delight to carry out manual skin analysis and also opportunity for attendees to try the dermapod !

When you go to a Dr's, dentist etc there are signs up saying disrespect to staff will not be tolerated
.....yet in this industry it is? !?

As part of our DermaSkin partner range business we thought being able to offer affordable devices as a small family business would be appealing . It is! Thank you 🫶

However, much to my ( gullible) shock we have found that some customers see a small business and feel they can bully what they want and speak in a way im sure they never would to a large company

⏭️ we do not hide the face we are not Amazon, we don't have a warehouse . Our devices are custom made. This ( we thought) was a USP 🫣🤔🤯

⏭️ We never state a delivery slots as we cannot control production /shipping . All devices are collaborated and certified by UK engineers before delivery also

⏭️ We deliver machines with actual ACCREDITED training free. But we also need to find bespoke time for you in our diary to give you quality learning . We don t just give machine training 😉

We accommodate bespoke training needs and will no longer tolerate being spoken to in a manner that would not be tolerated in any other public service👩‍🏫📜🗣💬

We don't believe that you would ring/voice note/text aggressively well known large companies at unreasonable times of day/eve/weekends.....

Because .....
It would not be tolerated or even done . Just because you haven't received something as quickly as YOU Personally want

We shouldn't be made to feel under pressure or anxious or 'not good enough' ....this feels like bullying as it creates anxiety and upset. Because it is US, not a huge company of people

Therefore if this happens we simply will cancel orders and refund as necessary ..
