A high level of multitasking is essential. If something would normally take 5 minutes to achieve, you must be comfortable with it taking 15 minutes or longer.

Possessing the skills required to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people is of utmost importance.

Superstars have enjoyed wearing our pyjamas and Pudsey bear clothes to raise money to support children in need. We used our creative skills to colour some pictures in and design our own t-shirts. Some of our children went on a "Pudsey hunt" around the nursery. This supported the children's physical development, language skills, and problem solving abilities- while also promoting their team work and social skills.

Today Superstars have been supporting breast cancer as we "wear something pink". Thankyou to all the children and staff that got involved :)

Last week some of our Bright stars children went on a nature walk and a little trip to the park.
The children had lots of fun throughout and this supported their physical and social development. By going out and finding natural resources the children enhanced their learning and language development as we had lots of positive conversations about what we could see and hear.

Little stars had so much fun during our session, we worked on mark making and practiced our writing skills. We had lots of fun activities set out for the children including; mark making on the floor, feeding our hungry caterpillar using tweezers, making our own caterpillars using playdough and making our own caterpillars with paint and paper plates.
>Writing builds on children's understanding of language and how print works.
>Fine Motor Skills: Copying pictures and mark making requires precise hand movements and eye-hand coordination, which are crucial for developing fine motor skills.
