Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. Although mental health is important to recognise daily, this awareness week is a great opportunity to explore and discuss the topic with family, friends, colleagues and students. 💙

This year’s theme is ‘loneliness’ which looks at its impact on our mental wellbeing, along with how we can all play a part in reducing loneliness in our communities.
