How do we find the words to express how emotional we are to say a fond farewell to Katie Drinkwater. Starting here at Lilliputs almost 15 years ago as an Apprentice and working her way up to Assistant Manager, Katie has supported thousands of families over the years as she spent a lot of her time working in our Pre-school room.
Katie leaves us at the end off the month to start her Psychology Degree at Edge Hill University. We are beyond proud and excited to see what the future holds for Katie.

🎉It's cool To Be Kind🎉
On Saturday 1st October Lilliputs will be launching it's very own Random Act Of Kindness Day. We would love all our parents, children, families, staff and the wider community in Westhoughton and the surrounding areas to get involved.
Ideas of how to be kind include;
Paying someone a compliment 🥰
Pay for the coffee of the person behind you in the queue ☕️
Buy an extra item and add to the food collection trolley at your local supermarket 🥫
Visit a family member or friend you don't always have time to see 💁‍♀️
Pick up some litter around the local environment 🚮
Once you have completed your Random Act you can share how you did this by sending photos or comments to let us know how you spread some kindness and love on Saturday 1st October.
You never know that act of kindness may come back to you 🖤

Harvest Day 2022 - 11th September

We are asking you to have a look through your cupboards at home and see what you could donate to one of our local foodbanks. There will be a box at the door for you drop off any donations.

Please donate any of these items to UKHarvest to distribute on your behalf to support Urban Outreach.

- spreads (butter, jam, honey etc.)
- long-life milk, juice and drinks
- dried pasta
- cooking sauces
- condiments
- tea and coffee
- rice
- cereal
- toiletries
