What a fantastic assembly we've had today! We're so lucky to have experienced the wonderful insights of Beth Tweddle !

She shared her love of sport and all the benefits, alongside promoting gymnastics and ninja. 🙌

We are so grateful to have heard first hand what it takes to be an olympic champion and how to look after our bodies. 🥰
