Based on my understanding of facial anatomy and clinical evidence, I believe the risk of blindness from chin filler is anatomically impossible .

The mental and inferior labial arteries don’t connect to the ophthalmic artery, so there’s no pathway for filler to reach the eye.
Retrograde flow would have to overcome arterial pressure, which is physiologically impossible.

Regarding lips and cheeks: while there’s an anatomical pathway that could theoretically allow filler to reach the ophthalmic artery, the physiological barriers (like arterial pressure and Poiseuille’s Law) make it practically impossible in real-world scenarios.
