Day Two of Irlen Screener Training and a powerful reminder of why this work matters.
While delivering today’s training, theory turned into real world impact when one of our delegates recognised their own visual processing difficulties.
Following a full diagnostic assessment, Irlen Syndrome was identified, and appropriate lenses have now been diagnosed.
This is the reality of Irlen, it often goes unnoticed for years, until awareness creates understanding.
Day two wasn’t just about learning how to screen.
It was about seeing the difference screening can make.

Day 1 - Irlen Screener Training
A great day today. Lots of hands-on practice, plenty of laughs, and brilliant teamwork as everyone practised with each other and built confidence in the screening process. Such a supportive, enthusiastic group, they’re getting through the training really well.
