Studydance courses are comprehensive study guides in many different dance genres and based on recognised technique books. The online courses make training fun and engaging with quizzes, videos, and Q and A's. We aim to guide, inform and inspire, to encourage dancers to use dance technique in a practical way to develop artistic and presentation skills.

🟠 REST 🟠

Rest is just as important as study.

Memory and sleep are connected. If you don't get enough sleep your brain will not work at its optimum level. This is so important on exam day where you need your brain to be awake and ready.

Try not to study the night before. It will not be productive and actually could mean you don't sleep well thus affecting your performance the next day.
