🟠 IDTA FREESTYLE ASSOCIATE 🟠
The IDTA Freestyle Associate qualification is the first level of professional dance teaching qualification and is achieved by taking a practical and theoretical dance examination.
The examination can be taken as 1 examination or in a modular form (3 modules).

Rest is just as important as study.
Memory and sleep are connected. If you don't get enough sleep your brain will not work at its optimum level. This is so important on exam day where you need your brain to be awake and ready.
Try not to study the night before. It will not be productive and actually could mean you don't sleep well thus affecting your performance the next day.

The Pre-Associate examination is designed as an introduction to the professional teaching qualifications and develops the candidates knowledge and understanding of a specific genre so that they can assist a qualified teacher.
