There can be a lot of emotions in those final few days before a new school year begins. Excitement, anticipation, maybe a few nerves too, as teachers prepare to welcome their classes and children get ready for another year of learning.

Northern Ireland primary schools now have Teacher Professional Learning (TPL) funding in their budgets, and the Curriculum 2028 consultation closes on 30 September 2026.

For those that don't know, to help primary schools transition smoothly as the national curriculum is under development ahead of 2028, we are developing a brand-new curriculum that will seamlessly align with the new requirements, so schools can focus on what they do best: teach!

As some of you know, all of our new EYFS and KS1 projects are available. KS2 is being developed as we speak, and many of our Autumn term projects are available on Maestro, like this one!
