2nd Day of the Renkōkai Kobujutsu May Seminar.
Rengōkai Kobujutsu is the West Sussex branch of the RKAGB and today we had pleasure of hosting Shihan Julian Mead from the Honbu dojo and Head of the RKAGB.
Nidan Syllabus and in particular Sai and Tekko the content for a hot and physical day.

It’s been a difficult few weeks with life dealing some challenges. Good to have the consistency that the dojo always gives.

May seminar is filling up quickly and space is limited. The main event is Sunday with Shihan Mead but for those travelling training is available on Saturday should you wish to enjoy the weekend.
