Calling all budding naturalists! I'm running a Wildlife Explorers Club on a Saturday morning this term. Message me if you are interested and please share this post.

We will be doing a bat evening this Saturday, 2nd September, 7.45 - 9.15pm. £5 per adult, £3 per child. Please message me to book a place and bring cash if you don't already have my bank details.
We will meet at Bersted Park Community Centre and then walk to the bridge just before the gate to Forest School, along the path. I will bring a bat detector and there will be information about bats and a bat quiz. There will also be hot chocolate! Please dress warmly and insect repellent might be useful.

We will be offering sessions on 17th & 24th August, 10am - 12 noon at Bersted Park lake to go pond dipping, bug hunting and enjoy crafts. Please see poster below for booking details.

Street Country Forest School will be exploring the sights, sounds and scents of the woodland in spring and summer. We will be planting sunflowers, printing fabric with natural materials and experimenting with making woodland sounds. Come and join us!

Street Country Forest School after school club will be starting again on Thursday 23rd February, 3.30 - 5.30, £10 a session.
We are looking forward to spring unfolding around us!
If anyone would like to try the group, I'm offering the first session at half price!

The Forest School Little Oaks group for pre-school children is carrying on for as long as the weather allows, due to popular demand!
Explore the great outdoors with your child and enjoy hot chocolate round the fire. Activities include mud kitchen, craft, stories and exploration. Thursdays 1.15 - 2.45 in Acorn Wood behind Bersted Park Community Centre. £8 per session for 2 1/2 to 5 year olds with a responsible adult, term time only. You are welcome to come to individual sessions but pre-booking necessary, please email [email protected].

There are still places in the Little Oaks Preschool group. Here are some woodland delights! Stone painting, mud zone, Forest School badge and marshmallows of course!

The After School Club for primary school children has spaces in September. Come and join us to enjoy the wood in autumn!

We are starting a new group for pre-school children in September. We will be exploring the wood, reading stories, playing in the mud kitchen and using tools. You are welcome to come and join us! Please contact Ruth if you are interested in a place.
