Loneliness doesn’t always look like being alone.
Sometimes it hides behind busy schedules, smiling faces, and full calendars. You can be surrounded by people and still feel disconnected.
During Loneliness Awareness Week, let’s remember that loneliness is a human experience—not a weakness. Many of us experience it at different points in life, and talking about it helps break the stigma.
A simple message, a phone call, or asking someone “How are you really doing?” can make more of a difference than we realise.
If you’re feeling lonely, know this: you are not invisible, and you are not alone in feeling alone.
Let’s create more moments of connection, kindness, and understanding—because everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.
Hope everyone this weeks take the time in my classes to chat to someone they haven’t yet. Check in on people during social time 💜
