A further project from RLA's new associate

A interesting project that a new associate of RLA Planning has worked on. Of particular interest since it seeks to address, amoungst other things, the wish for traditional architecture in new development (an issue I'm aware is important to many from my visit to Kuwait).

Seasons Greetings from RLA Planning

RLA Planning has today been invited by a National Organisation to express interest in continuing to deliver support to groups undertaking Community/Neighbourhood Planning until March 2013. This being on a National basis in England.

(So fingers crossed).

Working in the office on a lovely day in MK. The compensation is the great view in the well planned City, where I was a Senior Planner for the Council helping deliver development for so many years.

A good few days. New consultancy instruction opportunities are arising and also 2 new instructions have been recieved and perhaps some more to come from exisitng clients.

Plus an urgent instruction on Tuesday received and completed.

RLA Planning has been retained by Storey Homes to provide planning consultancy (on a monthly retainer).

Presently, RLA Planning is advising Storey Homes on an Urban Extension and also preparing representations to influence planning policy development and enhance early delivery of much needed housing, including affordable housing and also much needed strategic infrastructure.
