Less than 48 hours later and Team Teath were back in action, this time at Charlestown football club for the “FA Small Schools Soccer 7’s” competition.
We came third in our group stage meaning we just missed out on the semi finals this year.
Saying this, with the football we played on another day we would have topped the group. The little bits of luck you need in short games just didn’t go our way.
This did not dampen the Team Teath spirit at all, nor did the wind or rain.
There were laughs and smiles from the squad all afternoon and they played fabulous football with great sportpersonship to the other schools and tremendous support of each other all the way.
Once again, thank you to the group of parents who helped bring the team to the event and who also stood in the rain cheering away.
even in the Cornish weather!

Fifteen students represented Team Teath at the Cluster netball competition this week, with many playing their first netball event for the school.
Our two teams pushed themselves in every game, and the Teath versus Teath match was quite the game.
Players grew in confidence and put everything we had trained in to practise.
Our mixed year 5 and 6 squad came 4th overall and the Year 6 team won all but one game, meaning them finished runners up!
A successful start to another Team Teath season!
Thank you to all the parents who helped transport the team and for all your support court side!

🥗🍔 We are introducing a new process to help more eligible children receive free school meals without families needing to apply.

🍽️ Called the Free School Meals (FSM) Auto Award, it automatically checks whether some children are eligible for free school meals and enrols them if they qualify.

🎭 We are busy getting props and backdrop ideas together for our end of year play - would anyone have any of the following they could kindly donate?

Coloured paints
Coloured/metallic material
Chicken wire
Pipes of different sizes (clean!) that can be painted e.g. drainpipes or even swimming noodles

Just drop to the front office/porch if able.🎭

Many thanks!
