T is a phenomenal young man who has put in the work, shown incredible dedication and continues to grow every time he steps through those doors.

A little collaboration 🤝

I’ve (Gemma Postins) recently started my own weight-lifting journey at Pro Gym Bodmin, and honestly… what a place.

It’s one of those gyms where people actually say hello when you arrive and goodbye when you leave. If you want to crack on and keep yourself to yourself, nobody bothers you. If you look like you need a hand, someone will usually notice. No judgement, no ego — just a really good bunch of people.

And the staff are just as welcoming.

So it made complete sense for Asgard Cornwall and Pro

A little message for all the young people who have received their results ❤️

We’ve waited before posting this because sometimes results day isn’t just about opening an envelope, looking at a screen and moving on.

For some, there’s been excitement, relief and celebrations. For others, perhaps disappointment, uncertainty or a little bit of “what now?”

If you got the results you were hoping for, hit your target or achieved something you’ve worked incredibly hard for — congratulations. Be proud of yourself. 🎉

And if you didn’t get what you were hoping for, please remember that this is not the measure of your worth, your intelligence or your potential.

There isn’t one route through life, and there certainly isn’t one definition of success.

Sometimes the path you thought you were going to take changes. Sometimes a door closes and another one opens somewhere you never expected. And sometimes it just takes a little longer to figure out where you’re going.

So wherever you find yourself after this week, take a breath.

Be proud of what you’ve achieved. Give yourself time if things didn’t go as planned. Celebrate if they did. And remember that this is one moment in a very long story.

From all of us at Asgard Cornwall — congratulations to every young person who has received their results, and good luck with whatever comes next. ❤️

However, after today’s sessions we still wanted to get out and support two very different but both as amazing community projects. Cornish Wrestling with another fantastic ran event and also enjoy Cammys little castles at their brand new building.
