We are making it a Parent Council priority this year to try to raise as much funds as possible to replace & upgrade Deanburn's technology. These learning tools are essential to our children's educational development. Please help us by collecting sponsors for your child who will participate in our fun Obstacle course on Friday 18th September. Sponsor forms have been sent home today! 📣 Deanburn Parent Council AGM – Get Involved!

Our Parent Council AGM will be held on Monday 14th September. At this meeting we’ll be electing new members and office bearers, and we’d love to see some new faces join us!

Being part of the Parent Council is a brilliant way to:
✅ Have a voice in decisions that affect our school
✅ Support fundraising to benefit all pupils
✅ Get involved in fun events and activities
✅ Help make a real difference for our children’s school experience

No matter how much (or little!) time you can give, your input is valued. Everyone is welcome – parents and carers alike.

Deanburn Parent Council wishes all of our pupils a very warm welcome back. We hope you are settling into the new school year nicely.
We will share details of our first PC meeting very soon and look forward to seeing our returning members as well as hopefully some new ones.
Remember all parents/carers are welcome at our meetings and we would be delighted to see you there.

As we reach the end of another fantastic school year, we’d like to take a moment to look back at everything we’ve achieved together through fundraising, volunteering and the incredible support from our Deanburn Primary community.

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve been able to support our school by funding:

Every ticket bought, raffle entered, donation made and hour volunteered has helped make these events a success and allowed us to give back to our school.

A huge thank you to all our parents, carers, families, and, of course, our amazing Parent Council volunteers and school staff. 💙 We simply couldn’t do it without you.
